A New beginning!

In addition to the appeal which has now been registered (APP/W0340/W/22/3308180), we have been in dialogue with West Berkshire District Council and have decided as a result to submit a fresh application in order to re-open discussions with our council. The application includes: Full planning permission for a food store with a floor area of 1800 square metres (Use Class E(a)) together with drainage, parking and associated access, infrastructure, and landscaping. 2) Outline planning permission (matters to be considered: access) for up to 85 residential units (Use Class C3) high-capacity Electric Vehicle (EV) charging area, and residential care accommodation.


Our re-submitted application (22/02754/OUTMAJ) has been validated online and we have been given a determination deadline of 8th February 2023. We look forward to more positive engagement with West Berkshire.
