Introduction to Greenham Trust...

Greenham Trust is an innovative charitable trust that gives grant funding generated from surplus funds raised via its portfolio of business properties to charitable, community, and voluntary organisations operating in West Berkshire and North Hampshire.

Since 1997 the Trust has given out over £64 million in charitable funding in your local area and most people who live here are likely to have used a facility, attended an event, or benefitted from a service delivered by an organisation that has received a Greenham Trust charitable grant.

Greenham Trust has created a truly self-sufficient, circular, business model, putting the revenue from a commercially managed property portfolio back into the community that lives and works in and around its business estates via its online crowdfunding platform, The Good Exchange.

The additional income generated from the Mayfield Point development will enable the Trust to continue and extend its charitable support across the area both today and into the long-term future.
